IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR NOT AS DESCRIBED, WE WILL MEET OUR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT (CGA).
DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION, THIS MAY INCLUDE A REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR FULL REFUND.

ONCE APPROVED, WE’LL PROVIDE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.
REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED ONCE WE’VE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED THE ITEM.
